Pat is a Professional Coach and she partners with clients on journeys of self-exploration and self-resolution to unleash their full potential and uncover their best-selves.
She has worked in various industries over the period of 16 years with training experiences in client servicing, marketing communications, business process operations, learning and development. Pat holds a double degree in Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of International Studies from the Flinders University of South Australia and a Diploma in TESOL. She is a certified Coach, Corporate Trainer, an Accredited Competency Professional (ACP), DISC Instructor, Instructional Designer and member of various certified professional bodies including the International Federation of Coaches (ICF).
Prior to having a family, Pat played an important role in creating and delivering professional development programs for airlines such as AirAsia and Viet Jet Air. Her professional interest focused on coaching and providing bespoke learning series such as Service Experience, Leadership, Individual Management and Language. All programs are customized (bespoke) and workshop-based in nature whereby training is practical and with activities to ensure total effectiveness. She has trained more than 14,000 people of all ages, 10 nationalities, from ages 18 to 65 years during her employment in various industries. Pat took some time off from working full-time to relocate and focus on raising her daughter with her husband. Since then, Pat has lived in Australia, Malaysia, Vietnam and now in Romania.
At present, she lives in a city called Cluj-Napoca, Romania with her family. Pat saw an opportunity to be a full-time Professional Coach whilst having a balanced life with her family. She established Jet Solution SRL, a registered company based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania. Today, Jet Solution specializes in delivering professional coaching and customized & competency based soft-skills programs for individuals and organizations. This business establishment allows her work with zero boundaries, continue to grow and help others. Her professionalism, creativity, competency and deep cultural sensitivity are very much reflected through every point of interactions with clients.
